Champlain Investment Partners is an independent employee owned asset management firm located in Burlington, Vermont. The firm's expertise in small and mid cap equity investing utilizes a well-defined and consistent investment process that our investment team has followed for over 15 years. Our focus is on investment strategies that seek to provide superior absolute returns and manage risk. We believe that our consistent execution of the investment process, and our commitment to delivering outstanding client service has resulted in a long tenure with our clients.

The founding partners began with a shared vision: to provide clients with the opportunity to accumulate long-term wealth through investing in high quality, small and mid cap equity securities. This vision has been instilled throughout the firm. All partners are invested in the firm and its products, creating a true alignment between our own interests and those of our clients. Our partners bring a wealth of experience, averaging over 20 years in asset management. In addition to our partners, our associates bring a variety of experience and skills to Champlain. As of December 31, 2011, the firm had approximately $4.22 billion in assets under management.
